The heavy-duty Y Dip Attachment mounts securely to your power rack for dips, knee raises, leg lifts, and more—making it an essential tool for building your chest, delts, triceps, and core. When space is tight, you can even use it for neutral-grip pull-ups or inverted rows.
Built for durability, this attachment features a black powder-coat finish to resist rust and UHMW lining to protect your rack uprights while ensuring a tight, stable fit.
The Manticore version, also UHMW-lined, can be conveniently stored by hanging it vertically on your upright.
Height adjustments are quick and easy with the drop-in pin system. And with a rugged 500 lb weight capacity, you can load up with a dip belt and weight plates to push your limits.

IMPORTANT: If your rack is not bolted down or otherwise secured, always use the Y Dip Attachment on the inside of your rack for safety.
