I made a purchase on January 8th for a full power rack with pulley set without the bench. They told me that they'll arrive at my house by February 28th and they'd call me prior to discuss a preferred time I'd like. I tried contacting them via email and calling directly from this number, but to no avail of any response. I will be driving to the location today to see what is going on and why they haven't contacted me at all since. This isn't professional. If they were having any problems or delays, they should let the customers know. And if worst comes to worse, then I may have gotten scammed and will then file a report.
They called me and mentioned about issues with their website and phone. They'll be offering an upgrade on my power rack free of charge to compensate for the situation. I wasn't worried about my order arriving on time, I was just worried because I had no information prior to my order arrival date. Everything got cleared up and have brought up the review to 5 star. I will also add another edit once I received my goods! Looking forward to it this weekend!
