In-Store Pickup (Canada Only)
No shipping fees apply when you choose to pick up your order at any of our corporately owned X-Rival Fitness locations in Canada. We want to make the process as convenient as possible for you. Please contact the store manager according to the information on our Store Location Page on the top announcement bar.
Upon arriving at the store for pickup, you will be prompted to complete your payment. Your items will be held for pickup for a period of 7 days from the date your order is ready.
Online Order Processing
Your order will begin processing as soon as it is placed. Normally it takes 3-5 business days. During sale events, the period may takes longer. Once it’s shipped, you will receive an email notification.
Online Order Shipping Carrier & Cost
To provides the most satisfied service and make sure the products arrive safely and efficiently, we only work with the prominent shipping carriers with reasonable and affordable shipping cost. Please aware, the shipping rate will vary based on the products selection, packaging size and method as well as shipping distance.

Final Sale
It’s important to note that every final sale purchase (Over and Including 50% ) made through X-Rival Fitness is considered final. We do not exchanges or returns for final sale items purchased through our website or any stores.
