I ordered a power rack with lat pull down and seated row, Olympic bar, bumper plates, flat bench, and rubber mats all online for pickup at Calgary SE location. The power rack wasn’t exactly as shown online but was actually better. I’m very impressed with the quality of steel and manufacturing. The design is perfect for a home gym. The flat bench I ordered wasn’t in stock when I came to pick up the equipment so they upgraded me to a more expensive bench at no extra cost. Super happy with everything. Service was good too. The rubber mats were out of stock when I came for pickup which they should have said online, but they refunded me fully on the spot and I picked up similar mats at Canadian tire that were on sale... The equipment is awesome, service is good, and the selection and size of their warehouse in Calgary SE is impressive. All around a great experience and if I need any orher equipment Xrival will be my first stop.

The online purchasing experience was great. However, when I picked up my order there were some mistakes made. The team at X-Rival went above and beyond to make sure the errors were rectified. I can't imagine purchasing fitness equipment anywhere else. A special thanks to James for his efffort and to the online representative for putting up with my crap attitude.

There was a mixup with the weighed balls I ordered. They fixed the problem right away and let me keep the one they sent by accident, and shipped out the one I was supposed to get right away. Great service.
