No shipping fees apply when you choose to pick up your order at any of our corporately owned Xrival Fitness locations in Canada. We want to make the process as convenient as possible for you.
Your order will begin processing as soon as it is placed. Once it’s ready for collection, you will receive an email notification along with the necessary paperwork. Please note that payment processing will only occur upon pickup to ensure your protection.
Upon arriving at the store for pickup, you will be prompted to complete your payment. Your items will be held for pickup for a period of 7 days from the date your order is ready.

It’s important to note that every purchase made through Xrival Fitness is considered final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for items purchased through our website or in-store.
